Working as a Technology Evangelist, she creates training material, speaks at events, runs a blog, and instructs for LinkedIn Learning. She is driven by her passion for empowering business users to realise the potential of Microsoft AI Solutions. Additionally, Rishona volunteers as a Learning Expert and Power Up Champ for Microsoft, helping people kickstart their learning journeys or prepare for a certification. Valentina is an AI Adoption and Enablement Specialist, specialising in neuroscience-based strategies that help businesses move from AI confusion to confident implementation.
