Come and join myself and your Soul Sisters for a weekend of retreating in the gorgeous country town of Millgrove, Victoria, 1.5 hrs from Melbourne & Mt.Eliza.

Immerse yourself in a weekend of self discovery, delving into what spirituality means to you, releasing what no longer serves you & honouring your soul truth.

This mind, body, soul and energy nourishing weekend has been created with the core intentions of:

Simplify,

Surrender, and

Shine your light!

We will be exploring and experiencing these core intentions through a series of workshops, ceremonies and rituals as we nourish our 4 arenas. The 4 arenas being: physical, mental, emotional and energetic. 

Throughout the weekend you will be treated to a nourishing, seasonal, simple, vegetarian menu infused with love. Divine grounding and spiritually connecting yoga, nature walks, a full moon camp fire release and reconnect ceremony, workshops and group energetic healing sessions all in the divine space of your Soul Sisters.

This quote is a large part of what has motivated me to create the Soul Sister Sessions and now the Soul Sister retreat.

I was searching for my soul sisters a couple of years ago, well, really my whole life...

And then I found them!

And I know I'm not along in my search for those who are on a similar journey to me.

To honour my deeper spiritual side in the space of other like minded souls.

And THAT is what I am here to create.

An environment where you can all discover and explore your curiosities, be it oracle cards, energtic healing, crystals, essential oils, what every your heart desire.

This weekend is a mixture of:

+ Workshops style sessions to allow you to understand your self at a deeper level, and

+ Space to play and explore and reconnect with your most soulful you!

The weekend includes:

+ 2 nights accommodation,

+ All meals from Friday dinner, through to Sunday afternoon tea. A simple seasonal vegetarian menu,

+ 2 divine yoga sessions,

+ A sacred camp fire release and reconnect ceremony under the light of the Full Moon,

+ A series of nurturing and exploratory workshops to support you to simplify, surrender and shine your light!

Some of these nurturing sessions include:

- Group intuitive energy cleansing,

- Learn how to understand your energy and support yourself,

- Group soul communication meditation,

- Learn how to create rituals that stick and create a beautiful flow in your life.

PLUS some time between sessions and meals to explore your curiosities! Feel free to take a nap, spend time in nature, read some self discovery and spiritual books, play with crystals, oracle cards and essential oils, have a cuppa with your soul sisters, or maybe some silent time for yourself to meditate and go within.

I love a goodie bag, especially when I get to give them away!                 Each Soul Sister Retreat-er will be leaving with a beautiful 'Home Retreat' Box, filled with gorgeous tools to continue supporting your self discovery journey at home! And there's one more PLUS. $33 from each ticket will be going to support communities in developing countries, who will receive fresh water and toilets by the amazing charity Water aid.

FAQ'S

Q: What time does the retreat start and finish? 

The retreat opens with dinner and an intention circle on the Friday night. Dinner will be at 7pm followed by an intention circle to open the weekend. You are free to arrive any time from 5pm to set up your bed and space and settle in. There is a huge lounge room with plenty of couches and a 'Chill corner' with a library of self discovery and spiritual books, oracle and angel cards, crystals, essential oils and other fun tools to play with. The retreat closes with afternoon tea and a closing circle from 2-3pm on Sunday afternoon. All rooms must be vacated by 3:30pm Sunday afternoon.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: Sheets for your single bed, doona/sleeping bag, blanket (for around the camp fire if it's cold), toiletries, shower towel, yoga mat, yoga and walking clothes and walking shoes, journal and a pen, and any other items such as crystals, oracle cards, ect that you may wish to have with you.

Q: Do I have to share my story and speak in front of groups in workshops and group sessions?

A: Only if you feel called to do so. This is a weekend for you to honour your intuition and your personal self discovery journey. There will be the opportunity to share your intentions for being there for the weekend and your story if you feel the call to do so. 

Q: Do I have to attend all of the workshops?

A: The sessions and workshops have all been created (divinely downloaded) in a series that flow on from one another. However you can choose which session you feel called to attend. There is no pressure to be at all sessions. There will be designated 'free time' to have a nap, solo or group time, explore some spiritual tools or whatever your heart and soul desires.

Please purchase your tickets mindfully as there are no refunds, however you may transfer your ticket to a soul sister if need be.
